1st issue of EUSpec newsletter

The first issue of the EUSpec newsletter has been published.
The newsletter contains articles about the COST Action EUSpec in general and some more in-depth information:
- a review of the first winter school held in Pilsen, Czech Republic
- summaries of several short term scientific missions (STSM)
- abstracts of publications by scientists supported by EUSpec
- a description of a new master programme "Master in Materials Science Exploring Large-scale Facilities" (MaMaSELF)
- articles about computational codes within EUSpec
