Participation of Russian institutions in H2020 was created by Anna Taranukhina
These are some notes about participation of Russian institutions in H2020-RISE. The problem really exists because Russia is now considered an industrialized country and therefore cannot be automatically funded from EU. However, the Ministry of Education and Science of the RF developed a mechanism of financial support of Russian institutions in H2020-RISE.
In addition, there are exclusions according to which industrialized countries can obtain support from EU: ec.europa.eu/research/participants/data/...untries-rules_en.pdf .
Certainly, we,the Southern Federal University, are very interested in collaboration within the RISE network and will do our best to obtain the national support of our participation in a RISE project.
